YOGA CLASS IN SOFIA

Warm Welcome to Hatha Yoga class on Fridays every week 10.30 – 12.00. Starting 23/9 2017.

Hatha Yoga is the yoga of sun and moon, the underlying meaning of balance between the active and passive. Hatha yoga includes keeping a pure diet, cleansing techniques, practise of body postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranaymas), body locks (bandas), mantras (sounds) and meditation.

The benefits are many, in terms of the physical increased strenght, flexibility and balance. In terms of mental it balances the emotional world and relationship of external/internal and enhances our ability to focus. On a soul level it aligns us with our life purpose by using affirmations, and can bring about a state of peace and tranquility.
